01What is CareerRoot?+
CareerRoot is the vocational-education division of Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd (GOGPL). We enrol candidates from India, Nepal and Sri Lanka into government-authorised vocational training programmes in Romania, with a lawful study-to-work pathway into EU employment.
02Is CareerRoot government-licensed?+
Yes. CareerRoot is operated by GOGPL, a Ministry of External Affairs (Government of India) licensed recruitment agent — MEA RA Licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023. Headquarters: Vadodara, Gujarat, with a branch office in New Delhi.
03Which courses can I choose?+
11 government-authorised courses: Professional Chef, Professional Waiter, Hotel Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Attendant and Hotel Receptionist (Hospitality & HORECA), plus MIG/MAG Welder, Construction Electrician, Plumber & Gas Installer, CNC Machine Operator, Hair Dresser / Stylist and Industrial Cleaner.
04How long does the training take?+
Hospitality, hair dressing and industrial cleaning courses run 3 months; technical trade courses (welding, electrical, plumbing, CNC) run 5 months. A mandatory Romanian language course is completed before vocational training begins.
05Where in Romania will I train?+
Training is delivered across GOGPL's authorised 16-city network in Romania, including Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Brașov, Sibiu, Arad and Pitești. Your final training city is confirmed at enrolment, based on your course batch and intake.
06Who is eligible to apply?+
Candidates aged 18 or above from India, Nepal or Sri Lanka, holding a valid passport, with 10th/12th standard education or an ITI/Diploma qualification. Final eligibility is confirmed by our counsellors after a document check.
07Do I need to speak Romanian before applying?+
No. A mandatory Romanian language course is included as part of the programme and is completed before your vocational training begins. No prior Romanian knowledge is required at the time of application.
08What visa will I travel on, and can I work after training?+
You travel on a Romanian long-stay study visa for the training period. On successful certification, there is a defined pathway to a Romanian work permit and employment with verified employers. Visa and permit requirements change from time to time — always verify current requirements officially before travel.
09Are there any advance fees for jobs?+
No. CareerRoot does not charge workers advance job fees, in line with the MEA regulatory framework. You receive a written cost breakdown before any commitment, and payments follow the documented schedule only.
10How much does the programme cost?+
Programme costs are quoted case-to-case in writing after your eligibility check, depending on your course, documents and intake. We do not publish standard fees — you will always receive a written quotation before committing to anything.
11How do I apply?+

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Candidate records related to deployed workers are retained for the MEA-mandated period.

CareerRoot facilitates vocational training and overseas recruitment under MEA Licence B-1873. Services are subject to eligibility assessment per candidate. We do not guarantee visa approval, employment, or any specific outcome.
3. No guarantee clause
We make no guarantee of job placement, visa approval, salary levels, or programme timelines. All outcomes are subject to individual eligibility, government authority decisions, and employer requirements, which are outside our control.
4. Fees & payments
Course and service fees are assessed on a case-to-case basis and communicated in writing before enrolment. No advance job-placement fees are charged to workers. Payments are governed by a separate written agreement.
5. Third-party dependency
Training delivery, visa processing, and employer placement involve third parties including Romanian training institutes, employers, and government authorities. We are not liable for actions or decisions of these third parties.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site including the CareerRoot™ brand and materials are the property of Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for refund
Refund eligibility and amounts are governed by the individual service agreement signed at enrolment. No blanket refund is guaranteed. Each case is assessed on its specific circumstances, the stage of service delivered, and applicable third-party non-refundable charges.
2. Non-refundable charges
Charges paid to third parties (government fees, embassy fees, training institute fees, document attestation charges) are typically non-refundable and outside GOGPL's control.
3. Cancellation
Candidates wishing to cancel should notify us in writing at study@gogpl.in as early as possible. Cancellation after programme commencement may result in partial or no refund, per the written agreement.
4. Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with your reference number. We aim to respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days.
